The service

Guestbook.Memorial provides digital guestbooks for funeral and memorial services, free of charge, to funeral homes and the families they serve. “Free” means free: unlimited services, no per-case fees, no time limit. Guestbooks created while the service operates will not later be moved behind a paywall.

Your responsibilities

Funeral homes are responsible for the accuracy of service details they enter and for sharing private links appropriately. Content posted by guests must be respectful; funeral homes may hide or delete any entry, and we may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

Data

Guest records belong to the funeral home that created the guestbook; memories and photos are held for the benefit of the family. See our Privacy Policy.

Service quality

We work hard to keep the service available around funeral schedules, but it is provided “as is,” without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero. We recommend printing the register promptly after each service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
