Privacy Policy
Last updated August 6, 2026 · Guestbook.Memorial is operated by Precision Outreach LLC (Texas, USA).
What we collect
From funeral homes: account name, email, funeral home name and address, and the service details you enter (the loved one’s name, dates, service information, and an optional photo).
From guests: exactly what a guest chooses to enter in a guestbook — name, optional mailing address and email, relationship, an optional memory, and an optional photo. Guests are never required to create an account and are never contacted by us.
How it’s used
Guest entries exist for one purpose: to give the funeral home a complete register and to give the family their acknowledgments and keepsake. Guest and family data is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used to market to anyone. Funeral homes may receive product updates about Guestbook.Memorial and related Funeral AI products; guests and families never will.
AI drafting
When a funeral home uses the thank-you drafting feature, guest names, relationships, and the memories they left are processed by our AI provider solely to draft the notes, and are not used to train models.
Who can see a guestbook
Sign-in pages and the family keepsake page are private, unlisted links — not indexed by search engines and not discoverable on this site. The funeral home controls who receives them. Individual entries can be hidden or deleted by the funeral home at any time, and we honor deletion requests from families or guests directly: jess@precisionoutreach.com.
Processors
We use a small number of infrastructure processors — hosting, database storage, and AI text drafting — bound by their own confidentiality obligations. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising pixels on guestbook or keepsake pages.
Retention & export
Guestbooks remain available so families can return to them. Funeral homes can export all data to CSV or delete a guestbook (and its entries and photos) at any time.
